If you have a safe place to go--your yard, your local park, the Forest Preserves, one of the best things to do is go outdoors. Hundreds of scientific studies show that your health and your family's health will improve if you spend time in Nature. Amidst the stress of COVID-19, juggling work and family life, responding to racial injustice and violence and advocating for justice, Take Time for yourself and your family .
